We are proud to be the only U.S. based market research firm to win a QUEST Award from SSI for superior Business-to-Business survey design.  SSI introduced the QUEST Awards (QUestionnaire Experience Satisfaction Tool) in 2010 to support the industry’s continuing quest to improve respondents’ survey experience and encourage creativity in developing surveys that delight participants.  Scores are based on a variety of factors that have been shown to correlate with respondent satisfaction.  The Farnsworth Group is the only U.S. market research firm across all categories to receive the honor.  Winners were announced at the ESOMAR Congress on Sept. 8, 2014.
