The HomeAdvisor Farnsworth Index is a quarterly sentiment study that tracks the confidence, expectations and market conditions of remodeling and replacement contractors.  The 2018 Q1 report is now available to download at https://farnsworth.lpages.co/the-homeadvisor-farnsworth-index/.

While confidence remains extremely high among Remodelers, Replacement Contractors and Landscapers, there current activity has softened compared to the last two quarters.  Labor also continues to be a challenge for many contractors.  However, despite some challenges, most trade professionals expect their revenue to increase.
